How Can I Return a Product?
All items are quality controlled before they are shipped. We encourage you to do the same when you receive your order. If you think an item or the parcel is damaged, please, note it on the delivery form and take a picture of the damage. Send it to us within 12 hours of delivery with your order number. Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 12 hours.
The cost of shipping an item back to DOTSY is always the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping and handling costs are not refundable
