How long it takes to ship my order?

Any duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Back To Paper.

Shipments are fulfilled the same or next business day if the products are in stock
How Can I Return a Product?

All items are quality controlled before they are shipped. We encourage you to do the same when you receive your order. If you think an item or the parcel is damaged, please, note it on the delivery form and take a picture of the damage. Send it to us within 12 hours of delivery with your order number. Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 12 hours.

The cost of shipping an item back to Back To Paper is always the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping and handling costs are not refundable

All DOTSY products are thoughtfully designed and crafted in our Paris workshop.

We work with carefully selected European suppliers and premium materials to ensure exceptional quality.
